Modern Suspects
"Many have said that we are lost in our apathy. He are oblivious to our vanity. We are prisoners of anxiety. We are suspected of chasing the unattainable, of daring to embrace individuality, of hoping beyond hope. We use this hope as a guide. We unify with one goal in mind: to rise above the detractor's noise. We are all Modern Suspects."

In seeking to define why they make music, Modern Suspects solidified this statement after many a motive questioning conversation. "Demons in the Night" is a turning point for the band. A lynchpin of the the band's live set, the song had rested in their ether for over a year. The chorus stands as a declaration of defiance in the face of adversity, an ode to their axiom - "Demons in the night, you tempt me / With the white flag you gave me / I'll set your flag to flame / Make a torch and light my way."

Following its release on July 10, 2017, "Demons in the Night" will be represented in an adventurous music video released by SneakyBoy Studios. Filmed in various abandoned buildings, caves, mountains, and bridges around Colorado, the footage was collected despite a run in with a gun-wielding man at one shooting location. While the guys don't intend on making a habit of risking their lives for their art, they can nonetheless say they're willing to sacrifice.

A staple of the Colorado music scene, Modern Suspects has frequented venues such as The Gothic, The Bluebird, and The Black Sheep, as well as appearances at Broomfield's 1st Bank Center and Fort Collins' Moby Arena. Their songs have enjoyed airplay on 103.9 KRXP, 93.3 KTCL, and 94.3 KMAX.
OptycNerd
OptycNerd is an electronic hip-hop / pop duo based in Denver, CO. After meeting at a party and realizing they both had the same first name, Chris Kimmel and Chris Scott knew immediately that they had to form a group and change human existence as we know it. Over the past few years, the Chris' have been crafting their sound into what critics have called "some of the hottest new music since Gregorian chant." They channel some of their favorite artists including Snakehips, Disclosure, Kendrick Lamar, Anderson Paak, Childish Gambino, and many more. When people first hear their music, they often say things like, "Oh yeah, this is OK" or "I don't really listen to music." OptycNerd's latest release, NAIVE, combines catchy, synth and sample-based beats with conscious and witty lyricism to create a truly unique sound. In the future, OptycNerd plans to keep working at their craft and eventually become elite members of the Illuminati.
VYNYL
VYNYL is an Alternative Pop band based out of Denver, Colorado. In 2015, lyricist/bassist Andrew Ceronio and vocalist Tyler Whiteley came together with the common goal to create meaningful music, the kind you would seek out and purchase on vinyl. Over the period of a year, they worked in quiet to define their signature blend of lush textures and rhythmic instrumentation. Their unique writing process is a combined effort of Tyler, Andrew, guitarist Oscar Solis, and drummer Brian Kotal. It relies heavily on collaboration and reinvention. The band seeks to tackle complex themes using personable imagery and relatable subjects.
With the intention to hit the ground running, VYNYL has been working tirelessly to achieve their goal of releasing new and unique music, while inspiring people to live, and express themselves, and dance their asses off. They released their debut single, "Reaction", in November of 2016 and it spread like wild fire to regular rotation at many alternative rock radio stations (for example, KTCL 93.3 and 94.3 The X) and fans spanning around the US and many countries around the world like Switzerland, South Africa, and the UK. In Winter of 2017 the band went to the Blasting Room (Rise Against, Alkaline Trio, Train, Hundredth, etc) to record their second single “Blue Dreams” which allowed them to further capture the signature VYNYL sound.
When Blue Dreams was released in March, it viral and received over 4,000 plays in the first 2 days. The single also placed them in the running for Channel 93.3’s annual “Big Gig”, which in 2017 was headlined by Blink 182 and Bleachers. Through fan support and tireless promotion, VYNYL placed second out of the 13 bands on the roster, and played their first ever headliner for over 2000 people.
In the summer of 2017, they continued to push their boundaries, writing material to keep their shows fresh and inventive. As their local fan base begins to grow, so does their shows. With performances at music festivals such as Taste of Fort Collins, May Play in Greeley, the Engage Music Festival and KTCL Channel 93.3’s Big Gig, as well as playing with multiple national touring acts, including Blink 182, Bleachers, Sir Sly, Marian Hill, The Wind and the Wave, DREAMERS, Call Me Karizma, and Anarbor, VYNYL has been off to a meteoric start, making a name for themselves that will soon be known around the world.
